Clementine

by: Sara Pennypacker
Clementine, the book is a great story for the readers!! Clementine is about things that happen to her in her life. Clementine cuts off Margaret's hair and her own hair too. The book tells stories about this happening.

One of the characters in this book is Clementine. She is very creative, but sometimes she can get in trouble. Another character is Clementine's friend, Margarit. Margarit is older than Clementine and is very neat and clean. Also, Clemetine's Mom and Dad are in this story. They are very funny because they always make Clementine and her little brother laugh by saying funny jokes. Clementine has a little brother and Margaret has a big brother. Clementine's little brother is a baby, and Margaret's brother tries to do funny things for people. Last, Mrs. Jabocie who is Clementine's neighbor is an old lady and always asks Clementine to help her with the milk and groceries. The setting of the story is everywhere in Clementine's apartment building. Also, the setting at Clementine's school in her classroom. The problem of the story is that Clementine thinks that she is the hard child and her brother is the easy one. The solution of the story is that her Mom and Dad throw a party for her, because they made her feel better because she overheard them talking and misunderstood, when they really didn't feel that way.

My favorite character of the story is Clementine because she is so creative and funny. My favorite part of the story is when they throw a party for Clementine. They threw her the party because Clementine moved all of the pigeons from in front of the apartment. She moved them because they were always in front of the apartments bothering them. I recommend this book to all readers because I like it and I think other people will too!
