The characters are Roxie, Freddie, Smoky Joe, Simon, Lord Thistlebottem, and Uncle Dangerfoot Norman. This story takes place on an island in a school and a house.
The problem is that Roxie and the Hooligans get stranded on an island. Lord Thistlebottom and Uncle Dangerfoot Norman come in a helicopter and rescued all of them.
Roxie is my favorite character. My favorite part in the story is when Uncle Dangerfoot Norman comes to Roxie's house to visit.
I enjoyed reading this book because it was always really funny and I would recommend this book to all of my friends. This is the best book ever!
